Jeannie Towgood

As a full time real estate professional servicing Nocatee and surrounding communities, Jeannie is known for her integrity, diplomacy and sincerity in all of her dealings. Assertive and effective without being too aggressive, Jeannie believes that every transaction is always about the customer. "Service is my focus and service never stops. My goal is to build long lasting relationships with customers providing them with exceptional service and results they can count on."

Passionate about keeping up with market education and trends and to add to her many other designations/certifications, Jeannie has just recently been awarded the Master Certified Negotiation Expert (MCNE) Designation from the Real Estate Negotiation Institute. The MCNE program is the premier and most comprehensive negotiation designation program in real estate.

And in her spare time, Jeannie and her husband enjoy exploring the beach, experiencing all those great restaurants that Ponte Vedra, Jacksonville and St. Augustine offer, checking out all the local farmer markets, community events and even venturing after her grandsons down the high-speed Rip Tide slide with its corkscrew turns and slippery slopes, to attending the numerous baseball and soccer games.

There is no place like living in North East Florida and owning property here is one of the greatest privileges of life.
